Fine Sand Making Line

Applied Fields: Sand making line is widely used in stone factory, metallurgy, mine, building materials, highways, railways, water conservancy, chemical industry, and other industries. The sand produced by the sand making line has uniform particle size and high compressive strength, which is far more in line with construction requirements than natural sand and sand produced by ordinary hammer type sand maker, and can improve the quality of construction.

1. Feeding system

The feeding system is to send raw materials to each stage of crushing equipment and screening machines, according to the crushing and screening process flow. In the fine sand making line, it is responsible for the supply of stone.

2. Crushing system

The crushing system is the heart of the whole equipment. Its work is to crush all kinds of ore raw materials into finished products with the required particle size. A combined sand and gravel production line can be composed of multiple crushers. These crushing machines have different properties and work together to complete the crushing of stone.

3. Screening and conveying system

The system is to screen the crushed ore by a screening machine. In the sand making line, sand and stone need to be separated, and the graded sand and gravel need to be transported to their respective sites. The equipment used in this process is generally a linear vibrating screen or other screening mechanical equipment.

Precautions for Fine Sand Making Line

1. Carefully check the main parts of jaw crusher, such as jaw plate, bearing, connecting rods, thrust plates, pull rod spring, belt pulley, and V-belts are in good condition, whether the connecting parts such as fastening bolts are loose, whether the protective devices such as belt pulley and flywheel cover are complete, and whether there are obstacles that collide with moving parts.

2. Check whether the auxiliary equipment such as feeder, belt conveyor, lubrication station, electrical appliances, instruments, and signals are in good condition.

3. Check whether there are materials in the crushing cavity. If there are large pieces of materials in the crushing chamber, they must be removed before starting.

4. Check the eccentric position of the eccentric shaft. When the eccentric shaft is at the lower part of the slewing center, use a crane or a hoist to drive the lower wheels to turn the eccentric shaft to the upper part of the slewing center before starting. The jaw crusher driven by two electric motors can be started directly due to its large starting torque.

5. Check the lubricating oil quantity of the oil storage tank, and replenish it in time when the oil quantity is insufficient. Before the operation, the oil pump should be started first, and the jaw crusher can be started only when there is return oil in the oil return pipe and the pointer of the oil pressure gauge is at normal working pressure. In the case of low temperatures in winter, the switch of the oil heater should be turned on before starting the oil pump to preheat the oil to 15-20 ℃ before starting the oil pump.
