Working Principle of Sand Making Plant
During the working process of the sand making plant, large pieces of stones are sent to the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder through silo for coarse crushing and the coarsely crushed stones are sent to the cone crusher or the impact crusher for intermediate crushing by the belt conveyor. After medium crushing, the stones are sent to the vibrating screen for screening, then sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning, and then to the finished material pile through the belt conveyor. Large-particle stones are finely crushed by a vertical impact crusher (sand making plant) and the fine crushed stone is sent to the vibrating screen again by the belt conveyor for screening.
