Working Principle of Sand Production Line
Large stones are evenly sent to the jaw crusher machine for coarse crushing by vibrating feeder in the silo, and coarsely crushed stones are sent to the impact crusher for further crushing by belt conveyor. The finely crushed stones are sent to vibrating screen for screening out several stones of different specifications by belt conveyor, and stones meeting the requirements of particle size are sent to finished product pile by finished product belt conveyor, the stones that do not meet the particle size requirements are returned to the impact crusher for re-crushing by the belt conveyor, forming closed-circuit multiple cycles.
