Maintenance ofSand Making Unit
1.Bearing. The bearing of the crusher bears all the load of the machine, so good lubrication has a great influence on the service life and operation rate of the machine. Therefore, the lubricating oil-injected must be clean and the sealing must be good.
2.The newly installed wheel tire is easy to loosen and must be checked frequently.
3.Pay attention to whether all parts of the machine work normally.
4.Pay attention to check the wear degree of the easily worn parts and replace the worn parts at any time.
5.If the temperature of bearing oil rises, stop the machine immediately and check the cause to eliminate it.
Operation Precautions of Sand Making Unit
1.Pay attention to the ammeter on the control cabinet when starting the main motor. After 30-40s of starting peak current, the current will drop to the normal working current value. During normal operation, it should also be noted that the current should not exceed the specified value for a long time.
2.After the jaw crusher is in normal operation, the feeder can be started. According to the size of the material block and the operation condition of the jaw crusher, the belt conveyor of the feeder can be adjusted to change the feeding amount. Generally, the material accumulation height in the crushing chamber is more than 2 / 3 of the crushing cavity height. The diameter of the material block should preferably not exceed 50%-60% of the width of the feed opening so that the production capacity of jaw crusher and sand making line is the highest. When the stone block is larger, it will cause a blockage.
3.Strictly prevent metal objects from entering the jaw crusher to avoid damage to the machine. When they pass through the jaw crusher, the next post operator should be informed to take them out in time to prevent accidents caused by entering the secondary crushing system.
4. When the electrical equipment trips automatically, if the reason is unknown, it is strictly forbidden to start it continuously.
5. When the sound of sand making machine is found to be abnormal in the patrol inspection and the machine must be stopped feeding to deal with the fault. After all the materials in the crushing cavity are discharged, stop the main motor, and cut off the power supply for inspection and treatment.
