Background of the project
The marble grinding production line for Kazakhstan customers is a project put into operation in March 2021. It is mainly used to process marble with a raw material size of less than 30mm, and the fineness of the finished product is 200-300 mesh. The finished product is used in the fields of industrial materials and building materials. Through a field visit to the general production site, the customer selected a full set of general equipment including 2 new Raymond mills, stone crushers, elevators, storage bins, feeders, electric control cabinets, and other complete sets of equipment after detailed negotiations.

Process flow
The process flow mainly includes: large pieces of material are crushed into small pieces of material through a stone crusher, and then lifted to a small silo by a hoist, and fed into the Raymond mill evenly through an electromagnetic vibrating feeder. It is ground to about 250 mesh by a mill. The qualified materials are blown by the fan to the classifier above the mill and transferred to the powder collector. It is lifted by a hoist to the boiling furnace, and after calcination, it is then lifted by the hoist to the finished material warehouse, equipped with a baler and tanker, and transported to the destination.
Customer feedback
Our project is currently operating stably, the output has increased by 10-20%, and the equipment has not experienced any malfunctions. The operation is simple, the maintenance is convenient, and the dust removal effect is also good. We are very satisfied with the high performance-price ratio of the Nile mining machine.
