Applied Field: Primary crusher is mainly used for the preliminary crushing of large materials. Generally, the particle size of the materials produced is relatively large. Introduction of Primary Crusher
Primary crushers are often used as the first process in production lines for sand and stone materials. Commonly used coarse crushing machinery includes jaw crusher, gyratory crusher, roller crusher, etc.
Working Principleof Primary Crusher
When the primary crusher works, the motor rotates and drives the eccentric shaft through the triangle belt and pulley to make the moving jaw move according to the adjusted track. The movable jaw plate also makes periodic reciprocating swing to the fixed jaw plate. When the jaw plate approaches, the material is squeezed, split, and bent between the two jaw plates. When the jaw plate leaves, the material in the lower part of the crushing cavity is crushed to be smaller than the discharge port, and it automatically falls by its own weight and is located in the upper part of the crushing cavity. The material in the crushing cavity has not been crushed to be smaller than the size of the discharge opening, but it drops a certain distance with the discharge until the movable jaw is forced to fix the jaw plate again, and the material that has fallen in the crushing cavity is again crushed and crushed. Continue this until all the materials fed into the crushing cavity are discharged from the discharge port.
