Mineral separation machine is one of the most common mineral processing methods, especially widely used to treat materials with large density difference, such as kaolin, bentonite, quartz, mica, barite, magnesite, etc. In the separation process, we should try to create conditions to reduce the influence of particle size and shape of the ore particles on the sorting result, so that the density difference between the ore particles can play a leading role in the sorting process.

2.No expensive reagents are used in mineral processing, and the discharged tailings have little environmental pollution.
3.The massive surrounding rock and coarse-grained tailings are discarded, and the coarse-grained weakly magnetic minerals are separated.
4.In combination with other mineral processing methods, the weakly magnetic minerals with fine grain size can be recovered.
5.In the case of coarser particle size with mineral inlays, the mineral separation machine can get a better separation index, which can produce the coarse concentrate or mixed concentrate and final concentrate.
