Applied Field: Plate and frame filter press can realize the separation of solid and liquid by extracting the solids in the mixed liquid. Composition of Plate and Frame Filter Press
The structure of the plate and frame filter press consists of three parts: the frame, the pressing mechanism and the filtering mechanism. The frame is the basic part of the filter press. The two ends are the thrust plate and the compression head. The girders on both sides connect the two parts. The girder is used to support the filter plate, filter frame and pressing plate. The pressing structure includes manual pressing, mechanical pressing and hydraulic pressing. The filtering mechanism is composed of filter plate, filter frame, filter cloth and press diaphragm. Both sides of the filter plate are covered by filter cloth.When a press diaphragm is required, a set of filter plates consists of a diaphragm plate and a side plate. Both sides of the base plate of the diaphragm plate are covered with rubber diaphragms, and the outside of the diaphragm is covered with filter cloth. The side plates are ordinary filter plates.

5.With super long gravity dewatering area and wedge-shaped dewatering area, the material is fully dehydrated to ensure that the material will not overflow in the pressing area.
6.The rollers are arranged scientifically and orderly. Gravity dehydration, wedge dehydration and squeeze dehydration are discharged separately without interfering with each other. The squeeze dehydration roller diameter ratio is large with a good dehydration effect. Therefore, the plate and frame filter press has large production capacity, energy-saving and high efficiency.
