Working Principle of Cone Crusher Solution
The cone crusher solution adopts the layered selective crushing. The crushing chamber is filled with feed materials, and the materials are crushed and self crushed after being subjected to all-round extrusion, shearing, and kneading in the crushing cavity so that the wall of the crushing cavity avoids direct contact. It can effectively prevent the liner from wearing each other and avoid the contamination of materials by metal pollutants. So that the degree of wearing parts of the machine is reduced, the service life of wear-resistant parts is effectively extended, and the crushing ratio is more than twice that of other similar equipment.
Advantages of Cone Crusher Solution
1.High crushing ratio and high production efficiency. The size of the product can be adjusted arbitrarily.
