1.According to the working principle of Symons 3ft Cone Crusher, the actual power should not be less than 40% of the rated power. In order to obtain proper "load bearing positioning" and maximize productivity, the actual power of Symons 3ft Cone Crusher should be kept between 40%-100% of rated power, and 75%-95% during operation is the best choice. Operation beyond the rated power will affect the service life of the Symons 3ft cone crusher and cause various problems.
2.The feeding falling point should be aligned with the center point of the Symons 3ft cone crusher inlet. It is suggested that a vertical baffle should be used to guide the material drop point to the Symons 3ft cone crusher inlet. Once the falling point is eccentric, one side of the crushing chamber is full of material while the other side has no material or less material, which will lead to lower throughput of Symons 3ft cone crusher, increased needle-like products, and large product particle size.
