Structure Composition of Mining Cone Crusher
The structure of the cone crusher is composed of main parts such as frame body, adjusting device, adjusting sleeve, crushing cone, transmission and eccentric sleeve, and auxiliary parts such as electrical and lubrication.
Working Principle of Mining Cone Crusher
When the mining cone crusher works, the motor drives the transmission shaft of the machine through the belt pulley or coupling, and the cone part of the machine rotates around the fixed point under the force of the eccentric sleeve. Thus, the crushing wall of the crushing cone sometimes approaches and sometimes leaves the surface of the rolling mortar wall fixed on the adjusting sleeve so that the ore is constantly impacted, squeezed, and bent in the crushing cavity to realize the crushing of the ore. The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the bevel gear to make the crushing cone swing. The crushing cone sometimes approaches and sometimes leaves the fixed cone to complete crushing and discharging.
