Brief Introduction: Gold carbon in leach plants mainly includes the stages of impurity removal, concentration before leaching, leaching and adsorption, desorption electrolysis, hydrometallurgy, activated carbon regeneration, tailings pressure filtration, and sewage treatment.
Preparation Before Cyanidation
During the gold carbon in leach plant process, it is necessary to remove debris, concentrate the ore slurry and add a scale remover before cyanidation leaching in addition to the crushing and grinding of the ore.
Technological Process of Gold Carbon In Leach Plant
1.Raw material preparation. The raw ore is sent to the coarse crusher by the vibrating feeder and then transported to the circular vibrating screen by the belt conveyor after crushing. After screening, the qualified materials enter the grinding stage, and the coarse particles are transported by belt conveyor to the medium and fine crusher for crushing and screening again, forming a two-stage closed-circuit crushing process.The ore material in the powder ore bin is fed into the primary ball mill through the vibrating feeder and belt conveyor, the ore discharged from the first stage ball mill is fed to the spiral classifier for classification, and the grit is returned to the ball mill for regrinding. The overflow of the classifier is driven into a cyclone by a slurry pump for secondary classification, and grit is fed into a secondary ball mill to form a two-stage two closed-circuit grinding process. The overflow of the hydro cyclone is fed into the dust removal screen and thickener.
2.Leaching adsorption. After concentration, the pulp enters the double impeller high-efficiency leaching tank in turn. The prepared sodium cyanide and other reagents are added into the first tank, and the activated carbon is added into the second tank to absorb gold in the ore pulp. The gold-loaded carbon in the second tank enters the carbon extraction screen through the carbon extractor, and the cleaned gold-loaded carbon enters the desorption electrolysis system from the upper part of the screen, and the pulp under the screen flows back to the second tank. The gold-loaded carbon in the second tank is successively transported by the airlift to the previous tank. After recovering fine gold-loaded carbon through safety screening, the tailings slurry enters the tailwater treatment process.
3.Tail water treatment. The tailings slurry is pumped to the filter press, and then the tailings are transported out by belt conveyor and transported to the storage yard by truck. The filtrate enters the circulating pool for reuse, which can save lime and sodium cyanide.
4. Gold-loaded carbon treatment. The gold-loaded carbon is put into the desorption electrolysis equipment in batches to produce gold mud. The gold mud is melted in a high-frequency melting furnace and cast into gold ingots. The lean carbon after desorption can be returned to the process for reuse.
