Introduction of CIL Cyanidation Plant
CIL cyanidation plant is the main modern gold extraction method, which can be divided into carbon slurry method, carbon leaching method, and heap leaching method. The main processes include cyanidation leaching, adsorption from cyanide solution, and obtaining finished products, which can be roughly divided into two processes: conventional cyanidation method by continuous countercurrent washing with a thickener, and replace precipitation and recover gold with zinc powder, and non filtration cyaniding carbon pulp process, which uses activated carbon to directly absorb and recover gold from cyanide pulp without filtration and washing. The technological process is complex, but the gold mine recovery rate is relatively high. The recovery rate of CIP and CIL can be stabilized at 80% or even more than 90%.
