Process Introduction for Mineral Leaching Process
1. Pulp impurity removal
Before the adsorption of cyanide pulp, the impurities such as sawdust should be treated to avoid the gold and activated carbon mixed into the rich carbon, and prevent the sawdust from blocking the carbon screen.
2. Leaching and Adsorption
The activated carbon is added into the leaching tank, and the activated carbon adsorbs the gold in the ore pulp and becomes the gold loaded carbon. After the adsorption, the activated carbon is separated from the pulp by the carbon extraction screen.
3. Desorption electrolysis
Under the condition of high temperature and high pressure in a closed system, gold loaded carbon can be rapidly desorbed and electrolyzed into gold slime and lean carbon.
4. Smelting
Gold ingots can be directly smelted from the obtained gold slime after simple pickling and removal of impurities.
