The gold CIL is a process in which activated carbon is added to the slurry while leaching and adsorbing gold. Compared with ordinary machines on the market, our gold CIL plant has an advanced process, which realizes the function of high-speed operation. On the other hand, the crushed material was ground and classified into 90% of 200 mesh, and then was concentrated. The chemicals were added to the leaching tank to complete the leaching process. The tailings are lifted to the filter press and transported to the yard by belt conveyors and trucks. The filtrate is recycled to the circulating water tank, which helps to save lime and sodium cyanide.
Working Principle of1000TPD Gold CIL Plant
The gold CIL plant enters 8 sets of double impeller leaching tanks. Adding the fully mixed sodium cyanide reagent to the first tank and activated carbon from the second to the eighth to the storage tank, lifting the activated carbon from the second agitator to the carbon sieve to obtain the gold-loaded carbon. After cleaning, the gold-loaded carbon enters the desorption electrolysis system. The remaining mud returns to the second tank. The air lifter lifts the activated carbon from the next tank and then flows up the counter.
