Working Principle of Mini Gold Centrifugal Concentrator
The drum of the mini gold centrifugal concentrator rotates at high speed with a certain number of revolutions, and the pulp is sent to the inner wall of the drum through the feed nozzle in two places.The pulp rotates with the drum at a high speed. Under the action of centrifugal force, heavy minerals are deposited on the inner wall of the drum and rotate with the drum. The light mineral particles in the slurry rotate with the drum of mini gold centrifugal concentratorat a certain differential speed. In the process of rotation, the light mineral particles rotate and flow from the feeding end along the drum slope direction to the discharge end at a certain spiral angle, and are discharged through the discharge separator at the end, which is called tailings.
After 3 min separation, the feed separator will automatically turn to the concentrate discharge position and stop feeding into the drum. After the tailings are discharged, the discharge separator will automatically turn away from the original normal position to cut off the concentrate. Then the high-pressure flushing water valve will automatically open, and the high-pressure washing water will wash down the concentrate deposited on the inner wall of the drum. After the concentrate is flushed, the high-pressure water valve will automatically close. After the concentrate is discharged, the discharge separator, The mine separator is automatically reset to start the next sorting cycle.
