Working Principle of Ball Mill Stone Grinder

Ball mill stone grinder is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, which is driven by the outer gear. The material enters the ball mill bin evenly by the feeding device through the feeding hollow shaft setting. There are stepped or corrugated lining plates in the bin, which is filled with steel balls with different specifications. The centrifugal force generated by the cylinder rotation will bring the steel balls to a certain height and then fall down, which will have a heavy impact and grinding effect on the mineral materials. After coarse grinding in the bin, the mineral materials enter the second bin through the single-layer partition board. The bin is inlaid with a flat-lining plate and steel balls inside to grind the material further. The finished powder is discharged through the discharge grate plate to complete the grinding operation.
