Working Principle of Ball Mill Grinding Machine

The material enters the first bin of the ball mill grinding machine evenly by the feeding device through the feeding hollow shaft. There are step lining plate or corrugated lining plate in the bin, which contains grinding medium of various specifications. When the cylinder of ball mill grinding machine revolves around the horizontal axis at a certain speed, the medium and raw materials in the cylinder are attached to the liner of the cylinder under the action of centrifugal force and friction force, and are taken away by the cylinder and carried to a certain height. When the ball mill grinding machinegravity is greater than the centrifugal force, it will be ejected from the inner wall of the cylinder, falling or rolling down, and the material will be pounded and ground due to the impact force.

From the core structure point of view, the ball mill grinding machine is composed of horizontal cylindrical cylinder, lining plate, partition plate (multi bin mill only), main bearing, grinding head, feeding and discharging device and transmission system.
