Maintenance of Sand Making Machine

1.Regularly stop the machine regularly and open the observation door to observe the internal wear of the impact sand making machine, and the wear degree of the central feeding pipe, cone cap, impeller upper and lower flow channel lining plate, circumferential guard plate, and wear-resistant block. It should be replaced or repaired in time after wear, and the wear-resistant blocks should be replaced at the same time to ensure the same weight. It is strictly forbidden to open the observation door to observe the internal working conditions during the working process of the sand making machine to avoid danger. If the impeller body is found to be worn, it shall be replaced and repaired by the manufacturer in time. It is forbidden to make an impeller by oneself without the consent of the manufacturer.

2.The tension force of the driving triangle tape of the sand making machine should be adjusted appropriately to ensure that the triangle tape is evenly stressed. When driving by double motors, the triangle tape on both sides should be grouped and matched to make each group of lengths as consistent as possible, so as to ensure the energy-saving and high-efficiency of the sand making machine equipment.
