The materials fall into the feeding hopper, enter into the high-speed rotating rotor through the central feeding hole, and then are fully accelerated and thrown out through the launching port. Firstly, the materials collide with a part of the materials falling freely after the rebound, and then impact on the vortex material lining (or impact block) in the surrounding vortex cavity, which is rebounded to the top of the crushing chamber, and then deflected to move downward, colliding with the material emitted from the impeller runner to form a continuous material curtain, and finally discharged through the lower discharge port.

Characteristics of Small Sand Making Machine

The new type of small sand making machine adopts a rhombic combined impact block (throwing head) to replace the original integral hammerhead and square combined impact block. The impact block alloy is "hard but not brittle, tough and hard", and has good high-temperature resistance. The impact block is directly forged with imported high-quality alloy. Its wear-resistant strength and toughness are at the leading level in China. The working efficiency is greatly improved, the service life is 3-5 times longer than that of high manganese steel, which improves production output and quality.
