Working Principle of VSI Crushers

When working, driven by the motor, the rotor of VSI Crusherrotates at a high speed, and the material enters the first crushing chamber to collide with the rotor's plate hammer, and then enter the second crushing chamber for crushing. In the process of crushing, not only the impact crushing between the material and the plate hammer and lining plate is formed, but also the stone striking and shaping between the plate hammers and the crushing cavity is completed. Finally, it is discharged from the discharge port.

Troubleshooting of VSI Crushers

1.VSI crushers cannot start and operate when there is material in it. If this is done, the motor will be burnt due to the excessive starting pressure. There will be other damage. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the order of operation of VSI crushers: start the crusher first, and then add ore raw materials into it.

2.Any crusher has its scope of application, and the same is true for VSI crushers. It requires that the size of the ore raw materials added to it cannot exceed a certain size. If it is too large, the raw materials will be blocked in the inlet of the sand making machine. At this time, the production will be affected by the need to clean up the machine, and at the worst, the impeller will need to be repaired because the stone material damages the impeller.

3.All equipment needs to be maintained, otherwise, the iron parts in the machine will be easily damaged due to mutual wear. After the VSI crusher is used for a period of time, it is necessary to check whether lubricating oil is needed so that the machine can be used for a long time.

4.VSI crushers are fixed together by screws, and these screws will be loose when they are frequently exercised violently. If the sand crushers make abnormal noise during use, it is necessary to stop the inspection in time and find the cause of the loud and tighten.
