Working principle

The material is evenly conveyed to the screening equipment through the belt conveyor to realize the screening of the materials through different apertures, the classification of the actual materials and the finished materials are output by the conveyor for continuous screening operations. It is easy and flexible to operate with other crushing equipment.

Structure of mobile screening station

The mobile screening equipment adopts the main structure of a double or three-layer screening machine and is equipped with excellent grid screening channels, which can stand freely without support. The fuel-saving rate is as high as 25%. The crawler-feeding screening method not only meets the needs of environmental protection but also saves costs. It can screen out 3 or 4 different aggregates according to the customer's choice.
