Gold concentrator is a type of gravity concentration equipment, predominantly used in the gold mining industry. It is used for the recovery of fine particles of free gold, which means gold that does not require gold cyanidation for recovery.
Centrifugal gold concentrators operate using G-forces which allow for separation of the heavier particulate including fine gold and other metals material. In the middle of the cone, a stationary feed tube introduces the slurry material at the bottom of the cone which is then forced upward and outward.
