First, stone material should be crushed into the desired size by a primary jaw crusher and delivered to the silo by Bucket Elevator. Our designed vibrating feeder will feed the material into the grinding room of Raymond mill. With the air current from the air blower, those powder which meets the fineness request will be blown into the cyclone collector and those powder that is not consistent with the desired size will return to the grinding room to be re-ground. The whole system is airtight circulation flow under the negative pressure.
The common powder grinding production line is the general configuration, which is composed of Raymond mill host machine, blower, product analysis, cyclone separator, plumbing, electrical and auxiliary equipment jaw crusher, lifting machine, electromagnetic vibration feeder, and electric control cabinet. The user has flexible selections according to the requirement of the site.
