Centrifugal concentrator is an important gravity separation equipment instead of the traditional mercury plate operation, which is suitable for the single gold recovery of sand gold, vein gold, and polymetallic ore, and can also be used for the extraction operation of gold-bearing heavy sand washed by spiral chute and gold dredger.
The feeding requirements of centrifugal concentrator are as follows:
1. The cleaner the slurry, the better.
2. Pulp water concentration is about 30%.
3. Inlet particle size≤6mm.
4. The backflush water pressure is 0.1 ~ 0.3MPa
5. The backwash water must be clean water.
6. The feed must be even.
When the above conditions are satisfied, the gold recovery rate of the centrifugal concentrator is more than 90%.
