Introduction of Gold CIP Production Line
Gold cip production line is a non-filtration cyanidation process. It adopts the principle of using the activated carbon to adsorb and recover gold directly from cyanide pulp. Gold cip production line includes 7 operation stages: preparation of leaching pulp, cyanidation leaching, activated carbon adsorption, gold loaded carbon desorption, obtaining gold slime by electric shock, recycling of de gold carbon, and treatment of leaching pulp.
Process Flow of Gold CIP Production Line
1. Removal of impurities
Before adsorbing the cyanide pulp, impurities in the pulp must be removed first. The main purpose is to remove the wood chips in the pulp to prevent that from adsorbing gold and activated carbon in the pulp and being mixed into the rich carbon. Another purpose is to prevent the wood chips from blocking the carbon screen.
2. Leaching and adsorption
After the removal of impurities, the leaching and adsorption should be started. This process involves leaching tank with adding into the activated carbon. When activated carbon adsorbs gold in pulp, it becomes gold loaded carbon. After adsorption, the activated carbon and pulp are separated by carbon extraction sieve.At the same time, the gold mud grade is high, which can realize automatic control and has triple safety protection measures. Under the condition of high temperature and high pressure, gold loaded carbon can be rapidly desorbed and electrolyzed into gold slime and lean carbon in closed system.
4. Smelting
The gold slime obtained by the above steps can be smelted to obtain gold ingot after simple pickling and impurity removal.
