Technological Process of Gold Leaching Plant
1. Preparation of leaching pulp
After crushing and grinding of the raw ore, the pulp is added into the high-efficiency cyanidation leaching tank, and the pulp is cyanidated hile countercurrent adsorption is performed(the number of leaching tanks depends on the processing capacity of the concentrator). The leaching pulp preparation stage can reduce the number of leaching tanks used and shorten the time of cyanidation operation to withdraw gold at the fastest speed, which can avoid the overstock of funds and get money back quickly.
2. Leaching and adsorption
In this process, activated carbon is added into pulp to dissolve and adsorb gold and silver ions to form gold loaded carbon using its ability to adsorb gold and silver.The thickener with continuous discharge methodis needed for leaching and adsorption process to reduce multiple cycles of liquid gold and recover early and extend the thickening time of pulp and improve the leaching rate. It can achieve countercurrent washing with large volume and high washing efficiency.
3. Recycling of de-gold carbon
Vibration and dewatering equipment is the key equipment for reverse movement of pulp and carbon. The use of hydraulic filter press and high-efficiency high-frequency dewatering screen can effectively reduce the carbon wear of pulp on the continuous pumping and vibrating screen surface, reduce the cost and facilitate maintenance and operation.
4. Pulp mixing
The pulp mixing process uses the central aerated elevator to make the pulp small circulation. Compared with the traditional slurry mixing method, this design can reduce the power consumption by more than 70%. in addition, it can make the solid material suspend uniformly, reduce the wear of activated carbon, and effectively improve the recovery rate of gold.
5. Desorption of gold loaded carbon
Gold loaded carbon desorption is an integrated desorption electrolysis system. The biggest characteristic of this equipment is fast and low consumption. With the use of high temperature and high pressure analysis method, 99% of the gold can be desorbed within 2-6 hours. The concentration of gold and silver cyanide complex ions in the precious liquid is relatively high, but there are few impurity ions.
