Generally, the output of the cement ball mill can be increased by 15-20%, and the power consumption can be reduced by about 10%. In addition, the temperature of the finished product can be reduced by 20-40 ℃, and the fineness of the product can be easily adjusted.

(2)High-fine and high-yield cement ball mill

High fineness and high yield cement ball mill is mainly used in open flow grinding system. It is characterized by simple system equipment and process flow, low investment, and small plant area. In the structure of the ball mill, a special internal separation device for powder separation with the foreign jaw is adopted. Its fine grinding bin is equipped with an activation device, and the grinding tail has a special discharge grate plate, which greatly reduces the size of the grinding medium in the grinding bin and improves the grinding efficiency.
