Advantages of Melting Furnaces

1.The shell of the melting furnace adopts a double-layer forced air cooling structure so that the maximum temperature of the shell is close to room temperature, and the maximum temperature of the gold melting furnace is not higher than 50 ℃.

2.The working chamber of the melting furnace is made of light alumina ceramic fiber material, which has excellent thermal insulation effect, lightweight, high-temperature resistance, fast cold, and hot resistance, no crack, no crystallization, no need to worry about product pollution and energy-saving effect is 60-80% of that of the old electric furnace.

3.The Nile melting furnace adopts a temperature controller instrument,with 30-50 programmable PID self-tuning functions, automatic heating, and cooling without monitoring.

Technical Support for Melting Furnace

1. The gold smelting furnace works under high temperature, so it can't work for a long time and needs to be cooled for 3 hours.

2. Users should protect themselves from high temperature when operating.

3. The product cannot work in a humid environment.

4. If the molten product contains substances such as acids, alkalis, and other substances that will produce harmful gases and corrode at a high level, we suggest opening the furnace cover during the smelting process in this case.

5. The maximum temperature of the product operation is 1100 °C. It is forbidden to do smelting beyond this temperature.

6. Check whether the crucible is damaged before use. If damaged, replace immediately.

7. In order to achieve the best smelting effect, do not fill the crucible. Gases are produced during the melting process and the metal is filled, which causes an increase in pressure and poses a danger. If the armor is full, open the cover and melt.
