1.Stop the machine regularly, open the observation door to observe the internal wear of the artificial sand machine, and timely replace or repair after wear. The wear-resistant block should be replaced at the same time to ensure the same weight.It is strictly forbidden to open the observation door during the working process of artificial sand machine.

2.The proper amount of grease should be added when the artificial sand machine works for 400 hours. When the work of artificial sand machine reaches 2000 hours, it is necessary to open the main shaft assembly to clean the bearing. If the work reaches 7200 hours, the bearing must be replaced with a new one.

3.The tension force of the transmission V-belt should be adjusted properly to ensure that the V-belt be selected in groups and the length of each group is as consistent as possible.

4.In the working process, due to the high-speed operation of the artificial sand machine, special attention should be paid to safety. The staff should stay away from the artificial sand machine and cut off the power before operation if need repairs.
