Daily Maintenance of Sand Washer Machine
1.Frequently check the oil level of the reducer, the tightness of the V-belt, the meshing degree of the gears and the lubrication, whether the connecting fasteners are loose, so as to ensure the normal and stable working state of the sand washer machine.
2.The friction parts of the sand washer machine should be fully lubricated and filled with grease regularly. It should be filtered when filling. The lubricating oil with higher viscosity should be selected in the South than in the north when adding grease.
3.Before the installation of the sand washer, the operators must be trained in technical operation to make them understand and familiar with the principle, performance and operating procedures of sand washer machine. During the use of the sand washer machine, there should be specialized technical personnel have certain skills to take care of it.
