Application of Mobile Crushing Plant

Mobile crushing plant can also be called mobile crusher. It is mainly used for crushing stones such as construction waste, river pebbles, granite, basalt, limestone, quartz stone and other materials in metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, roads railways and so on. Customers can choose different models according to the types of raw materials, production capacity and finished product requirements.

Mobile crushing station is mainly divided into tire type and crawler type, and different equipment can be freely selected according to customers' needs. A mobile crushing station can be equipped with at least one crusher and one vibrating screen, and at most one feeder, two crushers and one vibrating screen which can realize the coarse and fine crushing of stones. The combination process is simple and convenient, which can realize the scope of application is more extensive and flexible. The whole production line will be built in only a few days, nearly 30 days faster than the fixed crushing production line.

Taking a mobile crushing plant with four machines as an example, its working principle is: the materials are evenly transported to the mobile crusher equipment through the feeder, which are processed by the jaw crusher for the first time, and then sent to the cone crusher for secondary treatment through the conveyor. And then the crushed materials are screened by the vibrating screen. The materials that meet the crushing requirements are output by the conveyor, and the rest stones enter the cone crushing machine for crushing again. Through the construction of a closed-circuit system the circular crushing of materials is realized and the finished products are discharged by the belt conveyor.

3. The transportation cost of materials is greatly saved. The lengthened belt conveyor can directly send the crushed finished materials to the transfer truck and turn them away from the crushing site, saving the loading process.
