Working Principle of Mini Gold Washing Plant

Mini gold washing plant is mainly composed of motor, reducer, drum device, frame, sealing cover, and inlet and outlet. The drum device is installed on the frame obliquely. The motor is connected with the roller device through a coupling through a reducer and drives the roller device to rotate around its axis. When the materials enter the drum device, due to the tilt and rotation of the drum device, the materials on the screen surface will be overturned and rolled, so that the qualified materials (products under the screen) will be discharged through the screen outside the drum, and the unqualified materials (products on the screen) will be discharged through the end of the drum. Due to the overturning and rolling of the material in the drum, the material stuck in the screen hole can be ejected to prevent the screen hole from blocking.

Operation and Maintenance of Mini Gold Washing Plant

1.When starting the mini gold washing plant, the screen must be opened first, and then the feeding equipment, the opposite is true when stopping.

2.The fasteners of the placer gold drum screen should be inspected every day. If there is any looseness, it should be tightened in time.

3.The lubrication condition of the bearing pedestal and gearbox should be checked regularly, and the oil should be filled and changed in time. Under normal conditions, the grease should be filled once every two months, and the filling amount should not be too much, otherwise, the bearing may be overheated. Each bearing should be cleaned and inspected once a year.

4. When the mini gold washing plant is shut down for a long time (more than 30 days) and restarted, the insulation of the motor shall be measured by shaking to avoid motor burning.
